ON + OFF field training - NFL

ON + OFF field training is an NFL UK programme, which, in collaboration with a specialist charity, provides an environment for young men and their peers to learn about, and openly discuss, topics surrounding domestic violence, sexual assult and rape. The structured learning environment was supported by current and former players, counsellors and facilitators to enable debate and constructive conversation that raised awareness of the issues. Afternoon sessions involved group discussions on topics about the game and how to improve oneself for their team, before going on the field to do what they love most.
