Our goal was to create a place where people can feel safe. Adoption requires a deep understanding of customer motivation and fears.
For this project, we had to push hard to replace fear with curiosity because we don’t had a second chance for a first impression.
We wanted to offer all users a golden-state experience. Every user is the most important user of all. So we imagined a solution-focused approach in creating the process of buying or selling a car by eliminating any type of selfishness. Nobody is premium. Nobody is promoted.
