I source and write promotion and community copy for group websites and other online collateral. I design online graphics and work with the UK eCommerce manager to maximise UK online sales.
Duties & responsibilities include:
. Keeping a breast of all product launch dates
. Sourcing product information for internal resources
. Providing promotional copy for emails,website, curated categories, brand and product pages
. Providing support in the production of product images
. Writing content for the entire community section (blog)
. Moderating and maintaining the entire live social media feed
. Creating all online banners and graphics for the website
. Ensuring all website and email collateral is saved to the web centre
. Seeding out customer service enquires to relevant markets
. Managing and supporting new online projects
. Working closely with the PR company regarding the latest press releases
