This high profile two day event took place in the Hofburg Palace in Vienna with 800 delegates, including Ministers and VIPs, Press and Media attention. I co-managed the logistics of the event and was solely
responsible for the 12 member country sponsorship packages acting as the main point of contact to the ministerial representatives working on concept briefings, budgets, site visits and overall delivery of contracted
agreements on the day.
