The Optum International Headquarters at 5 Merchant Square was transformed into an Innovation Showcase that allowed UK clients, partners, and prospects to engage with the best Optum technology- enabled services. It was the first of its kind in the UK, and helped build the Optum identity in the international market.
The showcase launched on February 22nd and ran until April. I organised several high profile events (from private dinners to larger customer forums) to engage top leadership from across
the UK health system.
Delegates included senior politicians including Lord Prior of Brampton, members of the Department of Health including Samantha Jones and Jane Ellison MP, the Chief Executive of NHS England Simon Stevens, as well as a number of Chairs and senior members of national Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS Trusts and community stakeholders. Throughout the event I was the main point of contact for all delegates invited to the Showcase.
