This project was set in place to explore the simplified generative modeller 'Paracloud Gem'. With advanced manufacturing processes such as SLM, mammoth SLA investment casting and additive concrete manufacture (D-shape to name one) generative modelling is becoming more and more plausable beyond prototypes and conceptual based projects. This project only scratched the surface of the power of such a piece of software, but has the potential for creative and manufacturing boundaries to diminish and allow more functional/aesthetic results to be achieved.
