How can creativity and productivity be encouraged in the workplace?

This project was a self-initiated project and the first time I had written a brief from scratch. I wanted to address the issue of long working hours for designers and its negative impact upon creativity and productivity. I decided to create a campaign which would encourage designers to take and break and to realise that, in doing so, you will be more productive.

It can seem counter-productive to take time off doing something irrelevant to the work you're doing but I wanted to relay the idea that taking breaks can be productive in the long run.
