Paxarete – Beer

"Pajarete" is a typical morning drink made from fresh milk, alcohol, and chocolate known in the state of Jalisco. Lola Paxarete is inspired by the southern Mexican tradition of Jalisco. It is a craft beer inspired by the ranches pajarete beverage. This white stout is a perfect homage of the tradition of drinking Pajarete early in the morning before the start of a hard day's labor. The character had to be rough to remind the drinker of a quality that only products from a farm can bring but also a beer that resembled nature and premium quality. A surreal winged creature with a cow udder is the center of attention. This bizarre creature was imagined and inspired by the majestical environment of the state of Jalisco. It does not exist. Its sole purpose is to remind you that some places breathe magic, a tradition remains with the help of birds.
