The brief was to redesign the Perricone MD mobile homepage and footer to make it more visually appealing and to improve user experience.

Old Homepage:

- Image heavy, slow download on 3G speeds and bad for SEO
- Top image is too small and hard for the user to read – need a new way to display promotion
- Hard to find where to get started for new customers
- No brand information, sales focused

New Homepage prototype:

- 3 slider Hero Carousel (Promotion, Launch, Content)
- Separate text box to clearly display supporting copy
- More relevant banners ie ‘New’ and ‘Exclusives’ based on data from Crazy Egg heatmaps
- Researchers go to ‘Dr Perricone’, wanting to learn more about the brand
- Ability to display a navigation from key banners as quick links
