As part of my consulting role at Philips, I worked with the Philips Digital Retail Solutions Venture to help them establish their digital-enabled retail business, opening knowledge consulting as a new business path for Philips.
  • Creating innovative digital touchpoints in store which merge offline and online and reinforce the client's brand.
  • Supporting the Venture on their consultative sales approach, based on a co-creation methodology together with the client that included moving from strategic insights to roadmap generation of touchpoints.
  • Defining a vision for digital retail for the Venture, based on new consumer behaviours and sociocultural and technology trends.
