Photography & Compositing - Jewellery

I wanted to capture this pearl and diamond jewellery set in a unusual way, creating a more misterious look than usual. I imagined them lying on the cliffs in some far away island, at night, under the moonlight. I realised I had an image of volcanic rock I took during my trip to Azores and I thoght that would have been perfect for it. I just needed to light and photograph the pearls to achieve the desired look and create even an hint of water/ocean. From a rough draft I developed the final image, which I think fits the brief. Part of the brief was to create an image for a hypotethical advertising piece, so I composed it with that in mind, leaving space for ad copy.
