The result of my 3-months long cooperation with Pi Magazine, the largest student publication at University College London. Responsibilities: - creating a design template - ensuring adequacy of print properties - providing training and leadership for a team of 5 designers - coordination of work with editors in chief, photographers, and other section editors
I got invited to work as the head of design for the September issue of Pi Magazine.
As a leading student publication at University College London, they had quite high expectations... Which I met, all while trying to assemble a design team from scratch and teach my little minions InDesign. Even though not all of the spreads look perfect (or even close to what I have intended), the sheer amount of teamwork and tears behind them is worth a blink of your eye.
