Private Birthday Party at the Guggenheim Museum

I had the great pleasure of being the lead producer on this exciting Guggenheim project in New York City alongside planners, Carmona Design + Events. This event spanned 6 months of producing from July - Dec 2019 just to come together perfectly on NYE of 2019. One element of the design, for the client's 60th birthday celebration, was a magical custom candle projection video, brought to life on the rotunda tiers. The whole party revolved around a New York City theme from the bright lights, to the 5 ft Chrysler Building cake, to the infamous New York tracks that the DJ spun. Beyond the projection mapping, we provided light washes throughout the space, creating a deep saturation, plus a sleek D&B sound system; the catch - we had just 2 hours on the show day to get this all in and set with this being the museum's busiest time of year!
