Production Manager x Motel Studios
Production manager, responsible for all bookings in a busy and fast-expanding shoot and event space.
● Administration and Budgeting: budget management of client execution budgets from £1k to £30K for a one day event.
● Client and Supplier Liaison: hosting regular meetings and keeping in daily contact with prospective clients of all levels, in person, by email and telephone. Forging lasting working connections with clients and suppliers, negotiating mutualy beneficial rates.
● Shoot and Event Production: designing, coordinating and overseeing a wide range of elements including booking and design of lighting for stills and moving image, producing/PM for sets, arranging catering, etc.
● Managing our shoot and event schedule: ensuring all production needs are confirmed at client and supplier side, paid, booked and effectively scheduled, and that deadlines are met.
● Team Management: briefing and management of internal and external teams of staff, for client and in-house.
● Exceeding monthly minimum sales targets: tapping new and renewed client streams, cultivating relationships and growing reach of the studio’s network.
