Project: Engage Teens

As a teacher (currently) I face a new challenge and project everyday. I have to maintain and develop the engagement of teenagers; this does not have a fixed target, they shift and adapt on daily basis - therefore so does my teacher. As department lead I am in charge of devising diverse and stimulating schemes of work that involve; hands-on, interactive, forward-thinking and social networking elements, in order to meet the needs of this age group.
