Project Feelgood - We Are One

I worked with Project Feelgood to design We Are One; a t-shirt that symbolises solidarity in the wake of global protests against racism and police brutality in June 2020. Every element of the t-shirt was curated to inspire unity in these times of division. From the messages of hope shared by millions of people around the world to the fingerprint pattern to the typography. The lead typeface, Martin, was designed by Vocal Type Co. Vocal are an independent foundry who are leading the way for diversity in design. Each typeface they create highlights a piece of history from a specific underrepresented race, ethnicity, or gender. Martin is a non-violent typeface inspired by the Memphis Sanitation Strike of 1968.
