- Monitoring and controlling actual progress and resource levels against achievement for three seperate projects simultaneously to produce weekly reports.
-Risk Management: identifying, assessing and judging risks, assigning ownership, taking actions to mitigate or anticipate them, then monitoring and reviewing the progress.
-Gaining a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (MEPM). Measuring project performance by combining MEPM with Active Risk Management to create Earnt Value Management.
-Advising project managers on opportunities for improved project efficiency.
-Key Achievement: I took on the responsibility of project managing and marketing the expansion to the MoD Project Controls Internship Scheme. I identified where recruitment efforts could be improved to increase the awareness of the scheme. I ran a South West and Wales University Tour, setting up stands at career fairs and participating in speaking engagements. This successfully led to an increase of 412% applications received.
