These blogs provided the need of clickable content on our social media pages, to attract customers to our website.

Twitter
I was responsible for running the accounts and grow there twitter account to help it get where it is today.
One of the key methods I used was audience engagement, making sure our current customers had a voice and our new customers could ask questions about our service - with the result of me answering those questions quickly and effectively.
Facebook
There was initially less emphasis on Facebook, but we ran some targeted ads which I had a hand in and learnt quite a lot. This is where I got familiar with Facebook ad manager; this is where I was making reports on how the ads where getting along.
I was sourcing images/ creatives for our photo and carousel ads, making sure that our images where following Facebook guidelines. I was also responsible for created this Facebook video from scratch; this was a fun idea that I created- which is a bridge between our customer service representatives and our customers, this had a great impact on conversions and brand image.
Using Facebook is when my experience with PPC came into hand, we launched Facebook campaigns (that I did not have access to) that done well. One campaign was a competition, we chose to do this campaign because we wanted to get potential customers to find out how much they could save.
To enter this competition they had to click on the link and enter their postcode; Then we confirm that they have been entered into the competition, we had an algorithm to show them how much they could possibly save if they joined Flipper; This worked very well we got a lot of signups and some very happy customers!!!
Clickable 360
At Clickable 360 my main focus was face to face interaction with the client, which helped my communication skills. I would give the clients updates on all of their projects and creating reports on campaigns that we have released. Using google analytics I created easy to read reports for our clients.
