Proposal: St. Pancras Renaissance Herb Garden

The Herb Garden was a project initiated by myself and the Food and Beverage Head Manager. The project was based around utilising the Terrace space at the back of the hotel where events take place. It was a project to promote the PR of the hotel. Project Proposal was presented to Hotel General Manager and the 4 Heads of Departments. (Presentation below are sample slides)
