Spatial design for the renamed coffee palace 'Prošperin' in neo-renaissance building on island of Hvar, Croatia.
Design concept is influenced by the elements found in the space, since the late 19th century frescos were hidden under the lime plaster and wall paint layers. Distressed parts of the walls are restored with the plaster in the old, traditional practice. Vintage floor tiles are preserved as well, and patched with the new monochrome tiles.
