Seeking new avenues of growth and services for a direct sales brand that was already a leader in the Brazilian beauty market, Natura &CO wanted the expansion of the brand and value proposition for other industries: home & fashion Due to the complexity of the main projects that was to expand the direct-selling magazine to home & fashion, the Board of the company briefed to build an ideation prototype of ethical e-commerce, based in Start-up methodology, so we could test and learn with an on-going, live and small conceptual version of it.
