Rare and Unusual Streng Bros Homes MOD-icons

I own a Streng Bros home, and love the architectural choices the architect, Carter Sparks, made to accommodate the climate here in Sacramento, and keep these homes in good shape for nearly 60 years. There are A LOT of models to choose from, and some of them are very rare and unusual compared to the more common single story flat roof models. Here are some examples of those in my minimalist vector illustration (MOD-icon) style: - Pyramid Model: Only 2 of these tall steep roof models exist that I know of, both in the same development in Carmichael. They are the only Streng model with a roof like this, and 1 of only 2 two-story models. - Two Story Model: This is the only other model with a second story. They are also quite rare, with only a handful of them existing out of nearly 4000 Streng homes. - Split-Level Model: Not only is this one of the rarest models (I have yet to find one in person), it is also the only split-level Streng home.
