So why - when it comes to conducting business - do you suddenly start talking like you’ve been possessed? L.A. No real human being wants to spend time with these scumbags, yet we are conditioned to emulate them if we - as in all of the sexes - want to ‘get ahead’. It’s a weird system of assertive language and hard self-sell that stems from traditional big bucks businesses. And the archaic perception of what gravitas means...
