Calm within chaos. Charlotte learnt that by gazing out of the window, the birds’ songs would anchor her back to a peaceful mind. They would always seem to sing the perfect verse to make her feel supported again, filling up her cup of gratitude. Cluttered chatter from past miscommunications would fade away; Charlotte was now alone in the house, so the negative words of others should leave her mind too. The sunlight acted like white paint, covering the canvas, that was her mind, of the monsters and ghosts that resided there before. Her mind was now free, and ready to look evergreen.
