Tmall is the most popular online marketplace in China owning as much as 50% of the B2C market. In 2015 Royal Mail developed a Tmall storefront featuring British products from UK businesses. Our objective was to drive brand awareness to show how Royal Mail could help businesses sell successfully in China. We created a video to sit on the Royal Mail website and supporting marketing collateral.
