Brief: Create a cover design for the book “Russophobie 2.0" by Giulietto Chiesa. The book handles the fact that there´s a crisis in West concerning values, democracy, economic, financial and environmental policies. Most references are collapsing and the US world leadership is no longer invincible. And when the power is weakened, you look for an enemy to point out. Someone to blame and to be feared by. To not admit the truth, that the resources are running out and the system is moving fast toward a collapse. Russia has become the new "enemy number one" yet again. Russia has returned to be the Evil Empire and Putin is the monster to feed the masses. But is this the truth pushed forward by the media or is it just a mirror in which the West reflects their own shortcomings and global troubles? 
Concept: The cover concept is based on a bear (representing Russia) looking like a Carnival Shooting Gallery piece with a bulls eye just pacing and waiting to be shot down. The background resembles the greyness of the former Cold War.
