Safety is one of the businesses big initiatives for 2020.
As one of the largest ride hailing apps globally, Uber has a commitment to innovate the market and demonstrate it's commitment to safety for all riders.
This multi channel, big budget campaign is being executed globally across 27 markets, who are responsible for localising the content for effectiveness.
As the SMM, my responsibility is to understand which creatives will help to achieve the shift in safety perception and which channels will allow this content to cut through. As a long running campaign, I am able to use the results from Xmedia analysis to optimise for future media plans.
