Salvatore

  • Jack Gray

Selected for screening at the 67th Berlin Film Festival, Salvatore is the project I find my self most proud of. Based on the real life experiences of a family friend, to whom this film now serves as a posthumous dedication. I've always been drawn to tales from the past. However, I'm more fascinated by the smaller, more human stories, the battles no one remembers, the little people who started something larger, the man next to the king. As such, this story spoke to me, and I knew I needed to film it.
