Samsung: Next is Now

Samsung wanted a video to kick start conversations with business owners about their latest handsets the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. Bored of seeing the same old thing (businessmen listing tech specs in moodily lit concrete environments) Samsung asked for something that would stand out. Their only requirement was that the treatment tied back to the consumer-facing 'Next is Now' campaign.

Ever the art student, I pitched in a series of bold, beautiful, and slightly otherworldly art installations each representing one of the handsets' five key features. The accompanying script prompts the audience to look to the future and picture their office of tomorrow - it's closer than they think.

From start to finish the project was turned around in just under two months and on a fairly limited budget. Deliverables included the full cut and five shorter cuts that introduce the features more explicitly.
