Portuguese Inspired Hand - Printed Organic Linen Napkin Collaboration (set of 4) Friends Sasha Compton, a British artist and designer, currently based in Amsterdam and Jade Jasmin, the founder of escolhido, Portugal based Interior stylist and curator of her sustainable and stylish concept store collaborated to design and create a limited run of hand - printed linen napkins. Celebrating craft and the natural elements of the Algarve whilst were at the forefront of their designs whilst bringing an air of summer coastal style to your al-fresco moments. These designs are inspired by the wild Portuguese flowers, and colourful blue window frames which sit against white Portuguese buildings in the Algarve, its clear blue skies and wild Atlantic ocean. After a lack of travel and new inspiration grinding to a halt, Sasha received some beautiful photos of the local area where her friend Jade lives and they excitedly decided to team up. Jade provided beautiful content and ideas from her local knowledge of the area and unique eye for style. A stream of summery imagery flowed from Portugal to Amsterdam; think wobbly blue rooftop patterns, wild flowers in the breeze, and bright blue waters. Jade and Sasha decided on a design that they both connected with; a repeat pattern of abstracted wild Portuguese flowers in the bright blue colour of the ocean which touches the Algarve.
