Working With ShiShi Ishi

ShiShi Ishi is a small branding agency based in Central london, I was lucky enough to work together with the Shishi Ishi brand for more than a year, and while there was already an existing visual identity, the brand really developed and got visibly more polished throughout last year developments, I created various new design products based on this identity, business cards and banners, and I designed a new online identity including the newsletters and website. The new background pattern was handcrafted in Cinema4D, so we had control over creating something representing the brand.

The website is using mouse hover effects to engage with users, the idea was that by only revealing information when you aim at the item, the information might be easier to digest.

Case studies page, we wanted to only show a few casestudies, so we came up with a grey list, and a hover showing the main colour of the branding project. we got positive feedback on this, and the visitor behaviour was that clickthroughs were more divided over the casestudies instead of the usual where the top one is most popular.

detail showing animation, try on the website to really see how it works. ;)

The original website had a call to action to a "Work with us" form, which created clicks but almost no conversion, to increase this number, we experimented with breaking up the form in multiple parts, we kept it as a single page, where multiple pages in this case would make it easier for visitors to drop off, where now we would gather at least some information creating success full leads!

This is an example email with a hand-made Christmas illustration, creating a nice transition beween the newsletter and the website.
