The new Managing Director of Silverwing was looking for insights to support a new vision for the business. One that would reinforce the identity and commitment from the global team.
I carried out qualitative research and face to face interviews and facilitated senior management team workshops to develop a new and exciting brand strategy for the business. Following the successful adoption of this work the senior management team orchestrated an MBO. Once the original founder of the business had moved on, I was then invited to develop a refreshed visual identity and to engage the global network of employees and suppliers.
The business has since moved into a new and much larger factory site and its culture is going from strength to strength. The company is now regarded as a global leader in the Oil & Gas sector, manufacturing NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) equipment for Tanks Pipes and Vessels.
