Sixth Finger Magazine is an independent multimedia platform that places its focus on fields of art, fashion, design, music and architecture.
With a frequency of twice per year.
The concept for the publication publication was created in order to break the traditional boundaries of people’s views on socialistic and post-soviet aesthetics by celebrating the vibrancy of that era’s brutal industrial landscapes and deepness of the melancholic mood.
Our aim is to provide a different take on traditional perceptions of beauty and explore the world of anomalies, as well as questioning the usual stereotypes of society.
We are willing to support the talents who match up with our avant-garde aesthetics no matter if they are well established or not. Only thing that we consider is the quality of their work.
Based between London and Berlin, the magazine is open to work with artists and mediums of all spheres, and ready to participate in mutual creative projects. Our goal is not only to inform, but to help create values.

The sun, the heart of our solar system. It holds the tantalising secrets of our existence.
Do not get distracted by the sickness of our touch. This is where a team of scientists assembled the collector and retrieved captured samples from the universe, hoping for clues to find the origin of our existence.
When oriented towards space let us capture all the molecules in your head and even the ones that surface deeper within them. A penetrating continuity of layers, an institutional organisation of bodies in spaces. It is of critical importance that Sixth Finger is assembled in an exceptionally clean environment, for this reason we designed a cleanroom specifically designed to complete our mission. First, we need to minimise the amount of contamination on the surface.
How does Sixth Finger prevent you from contaminations? Through a very strict set of specifications. Architecturally, the design is simple, with no hooks and obstacles to keep the positive information circulating.
To enter this issue we must be able to keep the contamination to a minimum. In order to do that, you are required to enter the room through the airlock passage, choose any protective clothing from our archive and wait for the positive gas pressure. Special suits are needed to enter the cleanroom, the materials are composed of elements that don't allow contamination to touch the skin.
We slowly start cleansing the inaccessible parts of your cerebrum with our restrictive filters entering particles one by one. Particles are the usual source of contamination.
Suddenly you are free from contamination, yet we must embrace all your anomalies. You have now appeared in an optical phenomenon full of metals and panels surrounded by orphan brutalist structures.
What are all these particles doing, and where do the structures come from ?
Mostly from the human body, our skin is made up of many layers of thin tissue. We are continuously shedding the top layer as new layers are regenerated. Enter the space of regeneration and reincarnation. As you browse through our content, previous particles slowly detach from your body, break away, and enter the infinite atmosphere. Clothing does little to contain our particles, yet it is a powerful factor that we must acknowledge along the way. The open weave structures of natural fibres allows for free passage of information, leaving it only up to you to decide. Do not allow for the information to dissolve through holes, seams and other openings on your body.
Sixth Finger is the frontline defence against contamination yet somehow marks you with its sickly touch.
Even with all the protection we can offer, some contaminated particles can escape. We strongly take this into consideration, when organising the process. All the components of this issue are thoroughly filtered and washed through our in-house detergent, and the cleaned components need to be tested for contamination. And how do we approach this? Purely with the help of sophisticated digital instruments that perform these actions.
Sixth Finger technology, representing the extraordinary measures which persuades or rather threatens the success of space exploration. Representing an extraordinary step to continuously solve little of our universe.
