Social Media Posts and Campaigns

For fourteen months, I was responsible for the TOMY UK social media pages and this included TOMY UK Facebook page, TOMY Baby UK Facebook page and TOMY Toy UK Twitter account. Throughout the year I actioned the following tasks: > Creation of the social media calendar for the UK channel > Co-ordination of Inside Out and TOMY I&T social media campaigns > Content creation > Data analysis > Effective monitoring of competitor social media channels and social media trends > Monitoring and dialogue of customer feedback > Adoption of a new social media tool called WooBox > Use of social network analysis tools e.g Google Analytics > Presentation of social media results Results I increased the number of likes on the two Facebook pages. For TOMY UK I increased the following from under 6000 to 7400 and for TOMY Baby UK i increased the following from 2300 to almost 4000. This was assisted by the social media software transition from ShortStack to WooBox which, I coordinated. I proposed a social media strategy and implemented it for 2015. Content became focused on events outside of the toy industry i.e cultural events, key product launches and iconic products in the range. I increased Twitter followers from 2100 to 5200 due to the implementation of competitions and Integrated social media campaigns. Where relevant, I synchronised the content on Facebook with the content on Twitter.
