As a prolific photographer and fashion enthusiast, Sophia works in an ever-changing landscape of clients, models, stylists and creative professionals. In a discerning and highly-saturated industry, my aim was to create a distinct identity that was easily recognisable and communicated a confident first impression.
A bold, fragmented typographic construction segments the client's name into basic phonetic syllables, facilitating correct pronunciation while also acting as an iconic graphic representing the client's love of simple, awkward imperfection.
This robust typographic treatment is paired with pastel tones and a delicate secondary slab-serif typeface to add a layer of modesty and femininity – a nod to the more subtle and tender qualities evident in Sophia's photography.
