SouthMade Craft Festival

SouthMade SouthMade craft festival was a one-day event in Parkstone on Ashley Cross Green to encourage and promote the best of the South’s hand made products. The event was produced by a group of seven students who know people who create beautiful crafts and creative products, but they do not have anywhere to sell them that does not charge the maker a crippling amount. SouthMade craft festival wanted to become a platform were small creative business could sell their goods while paying a lower fee to help ensure profit and growth of their own businesses. SouthMade Craft festival had 25 stalls, everything handmade, ranging from pizza to every type of craft imaginable. SouthMade intended to create an event were craft and creative hand made products became a catalyst for social interaction.
