Spicy barbecue chicken thighs

My recipe for this weekend in The Independent is barbecue chicken thighs. I marinaded them overnight them grilled them for some char. The spice blend is super simple but adds a bit of heat and extra flavour. I prefer thighs to breasts because they're less expensive and have more flavour. I served it on a bed of bulgur wheat mixed with black eyed peas/beans and loads of fresh herbs and wedges of lime. With any luck, the weather will smile on us for some backyard BBQ this weekend.
