I directed, shot and edited the teaser trailer for Music Theatre Society's production of 'Spring Awakening', which is a musical exploring the concepts of love, sexuality and teenage angst.
I explored the rigidity and frustration of youth through using a school photo setting which I felt would capture these emotions through conveying the struggle against older generations, young love and rebelling against the status quo.
I arranged, recorded and produced the backing track for the video myself, based on my own arrangement of one of the songs from the musical.
