Our mission is...
To engage the community in stimulating workshops that use theatre practice as a catalyst for discussing social change and understanding the environment in which we live.
To create theatre that addresses the socio-political issues of our time; using a combination of arts forms to provoke discussion; and to transform our audience into the perspectives of others.
To provide a platform for new talent to exhibit their art and expand their network. We’re open to all forms of art; whether it spoken-word, music, dance, film-making, photography or circus; we want to see how different artists can interpret and express Stone’s Throw’s subject matter.
To invite "play" into theatre; to experiment with audience and performer interaction and synaesthesia in experiential performance.
