Student Explore

The aim of this proposal was to brand a student gap year experience, creating an identity by creating graphic products such as A logo, badges, T Shirts and relevant trip hand outs. This was achieved by my brand identity ‘Student Explore’, which visually promotes A safari experience in South Africa specifically for students who want to travel and learn in their gap years. I chose to look at South Africa because the safaris include a lot of bush rather than an open desert which I felt could lead me to explore the different colours of nature and not just the open desert. I wanted to create a brand that was modern and sleek but also rustic and organic enough to represent Africa and A safari so finding a balance was difficult, but through both print making and digital experimentation I managed to find the balance.
