Last year we published the town's first summer brochure. My team and I contacted a few graphic designers and printers to ask them to make a draft for us. We picked out the best one. Then we proceeded to contact all the official clubs in town, asking them to mail us their summer activities.
We compiled them all and proofread and edited where needed and sent them over to the graphic designer and printer. We got very positive comments from the townspeople about our initiative.
