Sustainabilitea

Todays economy overuses, destroys and to some extent overpowers nature. A fragment of understanding and believe in a sustainable future is essential as a designer. When visiting the Eden project the vegetation that draped from the ceilings inside the biomes, as well as the lucid and bubble like qualities of the architecture inspired me. These designs and Installation peice came from drawing from plants that have inspired flavours used in the tea world and tea production. Linked to consumption, my aim was to address the idea of sustainability and recycling by creating an installation with a subject matter that everyone can relate too - tea.
Accompanying designs and products were created to accompany a peice that would supposedly appear site specifically.
