The need to update the UX and design of the Sydney Festival website was identified for the 2019 Festival. This was focusing in particular on the homepage, discovery process and existing IA. I was the project lead on the production of the new look and functionality for new website. I acted as the liaison between the external creative agency, web development agency, UX agency, ticketing agency and internal stakeholders. The result was a more successful, easy to use and sleek website that ensures the brands integrity is held up through its aesthetic.
