The brief was to create an identity package to bring to life an ‘event of the senses’ which focuses upon sound in all its manifestations.
The concept was created based upon what people see when they listen to particular pieces of music. Various shapes, patterns and colours were taken from this study and designed as the foundation for the festival’s identity.
Festival attendees will be able to have their own personal word specially designed based upon the concept of the visual and auditory senses overlapping. The shapes, patterns and colours they produce when listening to their chosen track will generate their own unique design.
