Who are Vergara Homes? Vergara Homes is a renovation company based in New York City. With builds on Madison Avenue, Central Park, and more notable locations they’re responsible for some of the best builds in the city. _ _ What was the ask? Elizabeth, from Vergara Homes, came asking to help build a Pinterest presence for her New York renovation company that specialised in luxury developments in central New York. The goals were to drive more web traffic and to increase her social media presence on Pinterest. _ _ How did we approach it? We utilised Pinterest’s new features, “Idea pins” to drive higher levels of engagement and reach more people. Creating content that showed off the luxury appeal of her renovations was a core focus. Alongside this, content that included her as a person helped to build a personal connection between brand & viewers. Finally, detailed keyword research helped capture some search terms and become the primary ranking account on them, giving a priority over competitors. _ _ The results (6 month campaign) • 4m+ impressions • 550K+ monthly viewers • 44K daily active viewers • Pinterest is now the #1 source of web traffic _ _ Why did this work? Capitalising on new features gave first mover advantage, and when considering that renovation & design is one of the most popular niches on Pinterest, it was a no brainer. Constantly posting daily; and building related moodboards helped capture attention from related niches and funnel it back to Vergara Homes - bringing in new eyes all the time that had never seen the profile before.
