Over the past 12 months (2017) my advisory business, Digital Safari has led a project to develop a series of experiments to explore how large financial institutions can best leverage talent ecosystems to source, attract and engage with scarce talent.
Key project highlights include:
  • Identifying and partnering with talent pools across academia to immediately deploy at the point of need
  • Re-designing the customer journey for gig-workers and freelancers to join the bank as employees
  • Reducing the time it takes to recruit talent from approx. 120 days to 14 days
  • Reducing the reliance and cost of recruitment agencies
  • Delivering a series of workshops and presentations to senior stakeholders evangelising an ecosystem approach
