Taste of Cultures is a idea of a cookbook with a story, it is aimed at people interested in cooking, but besides recipes, this cookbook has a message and a backstory. It explores cuisine of Austria, Slovenia, Italy and Croatia. What makes it interesitng is that chapters are not separated by countries, but rather by natures landscapes that influence local crops and dishes. That is why this book has three parts: mountains, valleys and coasts, which spread across all four countries. Data portrayed in the cookbook was collected by exploring different local restaurant menus and using Google Trends. "Nature's land doesn't recognise country borders, therefore it spreads on its own and so do our cultures."
