Tate Time Machine (Creative Direction, Creative Strategy)

What would it be like to travel back through time to meet Picasso, Rothko, Hepworth, and other icons of the last 100 years of art? That’s the question we answered with Tate Time Machine, a digital experience designed to build excitement for the opening of the new Tate Modern. I developed the core concept and led on the creative direction and strategy, partnering with designers, developers and copywriters to bring it to life. It won multiple awards, including a Webby, two Lovies, and a W3 award.
