TGI Fridays: Most Successful Campaign Ever

TGI Fridays needed to attract new customers, whilst transitioning existing audiences into a new brand look, feel and menu.

As Lead Community Manager for all social activity and Content Designer for all campaign content, I was instrumental in delivering an online campaign that raised burger sales by 3%. We encouraged customers to share photos of 'that first bite of the burger' using #Burgerface, I moderated the best #Burgerfaces to appear on screens in over 60 restaurants and championed them across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
