The Big Smoke (Rib Fest)

The Blues Kitchen hosted a three-day rib fest, inviting some of the finest barbecue chefs to tackle the ultimate barbecue dish. Each night had limited restaurant seating, but we also served ribs street-food style in the bar area, along with live bands accompanying all three nights to make it a proper party. Needless to say we were fully booked.
